In case of cancelling or altering the booking the following liquidated damages are charged 01.07.2024.-31.08.2024):

-  In case of a cancellation 10 days prior to the arrival date of booking, 0 % of the accommodation fees
-  In case of a cancellation 9-7 days prior to the arrival date of booking, 50% of the accommodation fees
-  In case of a cancellation 6 days or less prior to the arrival date of booking or failing to show up, 100% of the accommodation fees will be charged.

Cancellation conditions for non-priority period bookings:

In case of cancelling or altering the booking the following liquidated damages are charged:

 -  In case of a cancellation 5-2 days prior to the arrival date of booking, 30% of the accommodation fees
 -  In case of a cancellation 48-24 hours prior to the arrival date of booking, 50% of the accommodation fees
 -  In case of a cancellation 24 hours or less prior to the arrival date of booking or failing to show up, 100% of the accommodation fees

Booking modification policy:

-        If you shorten the number of nights 48 hours before your modified departure date, we will charge +1 night, if you check out on the departure day until 11 a.m.

  -    After the check-in there is no possibility to shorten the reservation for free of charge, in every case we will charge the total amount, that was confirmed before.
